Important Information For Delegates

Be an early bird and collect your delegate pack from our designated pre-check-in desk at The Marker Hotel on Tuesday 9th. This optional facility will provide you and your group direct entry on both mornings of Pendulum Summit giving you more time to soak up the electric atmosphere and avoid queues!

Doors of the Convention Centre open at 07.30 (Registration 07.30 – 08.30) on January 10th and 11th.

On arrival please proceed to the registration desks with your ticket ready to be scanned by a member of staff. You will then receive your official lanyard and wristband.

Please keep your ticket to hand as it includes your seat number.

Once registered, proceed to Level 1, Volvo Engagement Hub, for breakfast bites, teas / coffees, exhibitors and networking.

The summit start time is 09.00 sharp in the Forum (Ground Floor). All delegates are required to be seated for 08.45 sharp.

To find your seat, view the seating map on the Forum main screens or ask a member of staff who will direct you to your seat.

Getting To The CCD

Pendulum Summit 2018 will be held at the Convention Centre Dublin, which is located close to the Dublin Docklands. As traffic can be particularly busy in this area, it is advisable to add extra time to your journey.

CEO Dinner at The Marker Hotel

At the Pendulum CEO Dinner, invited guests will be joined by Sir Richard Branson, a host of Pendulum Summit speakers and 250 of Ireland’s senior leaders in business, government and civil service. This will be an evening of networking, innovation and collaboration between public and private sectors and is focused on developing Irish business culture to drive more positivity, creativity and a can-do approach. Dress code is smart casual.

18.15 – Drinks Reception
18.45 sharp: Dining, Speaker Contributions and Presentations
21.45: Evening officially ends and you are invited to continue the celebrations at Xico Dublin.

The tickets have been delivered to you by email. We accept tickets that are printed out, or as a PDF on your mobile device.

You need to show your ticket (and your ID) to one of our customer service representatives at the check-in desks. This will let you collect your summit lanyard and wristband.

When arriving at the event, you will receive your lanyard and wristband at the check-in desk, which will grant you access to the summit. To avoid queues, you can attend our pre-check-in at the Marker Hotel from 6.00pm – 8.00pm on Tuesday, January 9th.

You can always allocate the ticket or the other day of the ticket to another person/party. Please email welcome@pendulumsummit.com with the information to reflect the new participant.

You can allocate the other day to another person by sending their name and contact information via email to welcome@pendulumsummit.com. Please also note that, according to the terms, the person or organisation liable for the payment will not be changed.

Make sure you have checked your email (inbox and spam folder) for your ticket. If you have lost your ticket, there is no need to worry! If we have the correct delegate information in our database, you can enter the summit with your name and ID. If the participant details have changed, please send us the updated information at welcome@pendulumsummit.com

There is no specific dress code, but business casual or smart casual is recommended.

Yes. All tickets include lunches, snack breaks, and beverages on both days. Diamond tickets also include a dinner on Wednesday evening.
