Below is a collection of instructions vital in understanding how to maximise your day of learning.
Our platform will be available from 7.00AM on Friday for you to log in, get ready, prepare and explore your virtual surroundings!
We will be going live at 8.15AM with our first speaker Keith Cunningham starting at 9.00AM sharp. Full event agenda here.
To login follow the steps below:
Step 1:
To access the event please visit https://pendulumvirtual.vfairs.com/. The preferred browser is Google Chrome on your personal, rather than work network, and the preferred devices are PC, Laptop or Tablet.
Step 2:
Click ‘login’ and enter the email address that is assigned to your ticket and the password you received from us. Click to enter.
Step 3:
Auditorium:
Each speaker session takes place in the Virtual Auditorium and your Event Agenda will show you what time each session starts. You can access the Auditorium by clicking either the Auditorium label on the banner on the top of the screen or the Auditorium section on the homepage. To watch each session you will need to click on the link on the Event Agenda within the Auditorium. Each link will go live at their scheduled start time.
Info Desk:
Exhibitor Hall:
You can access the Exhibitor Hall by clicking either the Exhibitor Hall label on the banner on the top of the screen or the Hall section on the homepage. All exhibitor booths can be seen by moving your cursor and scrolling left and right. Once you enter the Exhibition Hall, you will find some features:
1. Visitor’s Name: When you visit our Exhibit Hall you will appear online at each booth you visit. Please make sure to reach out to booth reps if you have any questions/queries or if you would like to arrange a meeting. This can be done in a communal booth chat room or in a private 1:1 session.
2. Resources: Along with website pages and links, our exhibitors have compiled various videos and resources such as PDF’s and brochures for you to browse. These will be available at the bottom tab of each respective exhibitors Virtual Booth- make sure to check them out!
3. Delegate Bag: This is a great resource for you to avail of throughout the day. You can save the documents mentioned above, among other things in your own personal Delegate Bag. You can view these at a later date when you have time to review them properly. These documents can also be emailed so if you would like to email these documents to your email address, you can choose these documents by clicking on the checkbox next to each document and click on Email”.
Networking Area:
To access the networking area you can click on the tab at the top of the homepage called ‘Networking’. Through here you will be able to access exhibitor chatrooms, delegate chatrooms and have 1:1 chats with your fellow delegates.
Technical Assistance:
For any technical issues on the day you can use the email located in the top right hand corner and a member of our platfrom team will be able to help you. If you have any questions on the day you can visit our Info desk on our main page where we can help you with any queries you have about the event.
