Please note due to enhanced security measures and protocol it is imperative that you complete each ticket by allocating the designated name and email address of your attendees FOR EACH TICKET EACH DAY.
As these are flexi-tickets, you have the option to send different people on Day 1 and Day 2. If you are availing of this option, please ensure the attendee information for each day is completed accordingly.
If you are the purchaser of more than 1 ticket, it is your responsibility to assign your tickets to the other attendees in your group. Tickets will be issued directly to your attendees via email on filling in their information.
All tickets must be assigned by the end of day Friday 13th December to ensure your attendees have access.

Yes, the event will be live-streamed and available on demand for those that purchase a live stream option.

Tickets will be issued to you via email from support@tito.io on Friday December 13th. If you have not received this email by Monday December 6th please check your spam folder before contacting welcome@pendulumsummit.com.
- Yes, tickets are transferable. You can opt to attend one day and someone else the other day. You will have received an email with a link to your ticket order. Follow the link in your email to your order to assign your ticket each day. Tickets are not transferable within the same day e.g. you attend in the morning and someone else in the afternoon.
- Ensure you have your ticket which includes your seat number and a QR code prior to your arrival. If you cannot download your ticket or see this information you may not have assigned your ticket.
- If you have not assigned your ticket you will not be able to register and this will delay your entry.
Make sure to assign and complete your ticket prior to the event. Check your spam if you have not received your tickets or get in contact with us and we can help you out. On your way into the Convention Centre Dublin we will be at registration desks to welcome you.

Whilst there aren’t any specific meeting rooms open during the event, there are a number of furnished quiet areas such as the foyers on levels 1 – 5 where you can work as an alternative to the lunch tables in the Expo hall on level 1. If you need a private space, please approach an event staff member and they will be able to help you out.
Tea, coffee and pastries are available in the Liffey room on level 1 during registration (7.30am – 8.45am) both mornings.
Lunch and refreshments are available during lunch with further tea, coffee and water during the breaks along with additional refreshments. There are vegetarian options available during lunch.

If you have a ticket(s) for the live stream experience you will need to assign your tickets to your attendee(s). The email you assign to your ticket will be used to access the event app where you can live stream the event. Please see below for further details regarding accessing the Live Stream Experience and event app.
For those who purchased the Live Stream Experience, you can access the Live Stream via web browser or the event app. To access via web browser on a computer or laptop visit here: Live Stream Access.
We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser to view via the web. The Live Stream will run on Firefox, Edge or Safari. The only browser we recommend avoiding is Internet Explorer. Click LOGIN and enter the email you assigned.
Once you are logged into the event you will be able to connect to the Live Stream by clicking “Join Live Stream”. Note: only those who purchased a Live Stream ticket will be able to Live Stream the event. Those who are not registered for the Live Stream will be able to use the event app for virtual networking, live polling and Q&A during speaker sessions and to check out the event schedule and speaker information. All sessions will be available On Demand following each day.
The event platform does not permit multiple logins under the same email address. Please ensure all tickets within your order include the email address of the person(s) attending. All tickets must be assigned by end of day Friday 5th January to ensure your attendees have access.
